Spa Service Attendant Job

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Maintain and hygiene of spa and gym on a daily basis and serving of guests food and beverage orders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Grade 12
• 1 year housekeeping experience in a hotel\lodge\B&B

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Spa and gym in the lodge.
• Ensure spa refreshment area is stock and attend assist guest as by the required service standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in the Spa and gym area.
• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, gym and workstations.
• Receives, sorts and checks condition of all spa linen and towels.
• Records all outgoing and incoming Spa laundry
• Stores and issues Spa laundry and equipment
• Wash, clean, dry, and fold Spa linen and laundry items.
• Ensure that all Spa and gym equipment are properly cleaned according to the lodge standard cleaning procedure.
