Refrigeration Mechanic Job

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment, Ice Plant equipment and air-conditioners. Continuously improve the process and equipment performance to ensure the smooth running of operations within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Recognized qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Trade Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years refrigeration maintenance experience on an Industrial Ammonia plant.
• Code BE Drivers License.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform maintenance operations and repair equipment in all Refrigeration Plants and Ice Plant.
• Maintain and repair all freezing and skinning equipment on site.
• Perform mechanical breakdown maintenance in the Refrigeration department.
• Replace or overhaul any parts required to ensure that Refrigeration Plant runs at maximum efficiency.
