Auxiliary Visibility Manager

Description

• Create and lead the future success of our client's brand portfolio by bringing the visual brand identity to life. You will specialize in Retail Design, Concept Development, and Visual Merchandising.
• To manage the design and development of retail concepts from brief through to final production on time.
• Collaborate and Influence.
• You will drive distribution, retail development, brand activation, and strategy alongside the commercial team.
• Management of production teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with key accounts to drive best-in-class retail expression. You will develop innovative retail concepts and adapt these to our key accounts.
• Planograms/ Artwork: Preparation, briefing, checking, and approval across all functions.
• Closely monitor budget and full P&L through monthly reviews to meet the profitability levels and take action accordingly.
• Confident to present designs and prototypes to secure approval and progress projects at critical stages of development. Communicate project updates to the marketing and commercial teams, manage expectations, and receive & deliver clear feedback.
• People management and development skills, you will guide and support direct reports as well as the field teams to do their best work - with the best tools.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, or related field required.
2. Proven management experience in operations, retail, or other relevant areas.
3. Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets.
4. Proven experience working productively with diverse teams.
5. Namibian Citizen
6. Driving Licence (Code BE)
