Fleet Supervisor

Role:

• Updating and maintaining vehicle fleet operation systems
• Providing reports and updates to branches daily of vehicles due for services, license renewals and drivers PDP's
• Expediting of vehicle maintenance and services
• Provide weekly reports to finance and management
• Analyzing and providing feedback on data reports
• Negotiate contracts and quotes with mechanics and dealerships
• Negotiate insurance deals

Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Fleet Supervisor or Senior Driver role
• Minimum of 5 years since receiving their Drivers License
• Extensive knowledge of the administrative work of registering vehicles, transport rules and regulations.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge
• Able to communicate, read and write in English
• Being proactive and energized
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team player
