Job Description
Purpose of the Job Record Electricity and Water meter readings, report irregularities detected and attend to customer queries.
Key Performance Areas
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Record meter readings on residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- Report irregularities detected on meters.
- Attend to customers queries.
- May be requested to perform any other task as may be required within the division.
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Grade 12.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
None.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license (B/BE).
KNOWLEDGE:
On the job knowledge.
SKILLS:
Numerical skills, customer orientated, judgement, decision making and time management skills.
