  • Compiling of menus, management of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen
  • Stock control & management
  • General bookkeeping

Requirements

  • A degree or Diploma in hospitality or hotel management would be an advantage
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Marketing and IT knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to reside on the lodge and to travel
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Namibian Citizenship
