- Administration duties and IT-related functions
- Compiling of menus, management of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen
- Stock control & management
- General bookkeeping
Requirements
- A degree or Diploma in hospitality or hotel management would be an advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Marketing and IT knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
- Willingness to reside on the lodge and to travel
- Valid Drivers license
- Namibian Citizenship
