Purpose of the Job

To manage the support services for the depots'sassets through ensuring marketing expense budgets are optimised, all reporting requirements are met and administrative support is provided to all assets departments in order to ensure the integrity of security of tenure data and systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Petty cash funds secured , reconciliations done and accounted for
  • Orders dispatched on time and inline with customer's SLA
  • Effective liaison with transporters
  • General OfficeAdministration
  • Daily and monthly management reporting
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements in the depot

Education

Must have grade 12 with 25 points

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Product and Depot Operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supply chain environment.

Work Conditions

This position is a shift position
