The University of Namibia hereby invites suitably qualified Internal candidates to apply for the position of Receptionist at the Namibia Business School.

Specification

  • Front desk management, managing visitors, clients and students to the Business School, screening telephone calls, attending to inquiries from the public. Order office and computer supplies, give appropriate information to clients by telephone or in-person; offer a wide range of administrative duties and perform any other duties as may be required.

Requirements

  • A grade 12 certificate (22 points based on five subjects and at least a D symbol in English) with at least two (2) years experience as a receptionist or related area. Good computer skills, Organizational Skills and Administrative Skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication. Meticulous filing and record keeping, must be able to work under pressure in a Business School environment and display good business ethics. A Diploma in office Administration will be an added advantage.
