Daily

1. Make sure the merchandisers are at their stores

2. Make Sure Supervisors Have Transportation

3. Visit stores and do Quality checks.

4. With store management negotiated for shelf space

5. Make Sure Merchandisers Have Cleaning Materials

6. Whatsapp Groups and Mac Mobile keep an eye on and make sure the Schedule is followed.

7. Leave and Absence Check

8. Training merchies where necessary

Weekly

1. Control sheets in reading and following up on hours too much/too little worked

2. Communicate with Clients there would be problems in stores/ with solution

3. Report hours that are too much/ too little on schedule for the store/customer's need

4. Check accuracy of Mac Mobile reports

5. Warnings for Merchandisers

Monthly

1. Timesheets

2. Question hours too much/ too little on timesheets

3. ACE, Pass-Through Leave for Wages

4. Solutions to Problems That Happened Throughout the Month

5. At Deadlines Hold, Wages and Invoicing

Requirements

• Commercial qualification e.g. Retail Business Management Diploma or relevant degree
• 2 Years Management experience
• 2 Years Operations experience
• Numeric ability
• Computer literacy
• Proven ability to manage people lives
• Drivers License
