Payroll Officer

The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Payroll Officer position, in the Office of the Bursar, Windhoek Main Campus.

Specification

• Responsible for management and administration of monthly payroll creditors (full-time and part-time staff), calculation and deduction of salary payments, salary Calc run (1st segment), reconciling, determining correctness and accuracy of individual PAYE5 and perform any other duties as may be required.

Requirements

• A Diploma in Accounting/Finance coupled with three (3) years relevant experience or Grade 12 certificate with 25 points in five subject and a C symbol in English coupled with four 4) years relevant experience; good numerical and accuracy skills.
