MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure hygiene and safety of the general hospital by following set standards and procedures to prevent injuries and the spread of infection
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Assist with the cleaning of units and general hospital
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade10
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 Year
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in a health facility or hospital environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Relevant healthcare / hospital hygiene and safety policies and procedures
- Cleaning equipment and materials
- Stock control
- Cleaning clinical environments
