Job Description
-Leads organisational development initiatives such as change management, organisation effectiveness, career development, talent management.
- Establishing and building all HR Capabilities i.e. systems, processes and act as coach for HR Team in new Pepsico businesses in markets
- Driving and Collating HR Metrics providing insights based on metrics
- Drives day-to-day HR support for employees across Namibia.
- Understands the culture within teams and proactively works on developing the culture and engagement across all stakeholders
- Identify Market opportunities to partner and build African talent.
- Leads HR transformation capability projects.
- Monitors the effectiveness of the programs and takes action to ensure key objectives and overall goals are met.
- Line Management development
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders on organisational change, support in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity and contribute to ensure appropriate cascading.
- Build strong trusting relationships and communication channels within the business and HR community.
Manage Human Capital to deliver value, long term efficiency, productivity and sustainability of the business.
- Implement and maintain Remuneration System and engage with Union for any changes in service conditions and annual salary negotiations.
- Manage Employee Relations, Union Relations and ensure compliance with Recognition Agreement and maintain sound Labour Relations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Tertiary Qualification
- Proven and credible HR business partnering experience at senior business leader levels
- Strong knowledge of HR (best) practices
- Experienced in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal influencing skills
- Agile, inquisitive approach focused on continuous improvement
- Proven change Management Experience
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in HR, preferable in matrixed FMCG environment

- Demonstrates strong leadership
- Excellent in building relationships and networks both in HR and business communities
