Description

  1. Review incoming client confirmation checks for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Review client documentation cross reference and assess whether sufficient.
  3. Assess whether programmatic tests were performed and passed.
  4. Take troubleshooting steps if needed.
  5. Customer support via phone call and email (includes technical support).
  6. Assess and report system abnormalities.

  3. Excellent communication skills with team, customers & clients.
  4. Engage with clients professionally via phone call and email. Good working with people.
  5. Pro-active and steers own learning journey. Training will be provided.
  6. Confident working online and with various software programs.
  7. Able to adapt to fast-changing work environment and fast-changing technology.
  8. Fluent in English & Afrikaans. Third language would be a bonus.
  9. Must have minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field
