Description

  1. Handle day-to-day admin responsibilities of small projects and smaller clients
  2. Engage with smaller clients assist them, check in on them, solve problems. Keep them happy. (Includes technical support)
  3. Report to Manager

Requirements

  1. Experience in customer engagement and relations. Able to engage with clients professionally and confidently.
  2. Excellent communication with team and clients
  3. Task orientated manage own time/tasks and deliver
  4. Team Player
  5. Ability to grasp and understand online/digital platforms
  6. Fluent in English. Afrikaans (medium-level minimum) is preferred.
  7. 2 Years working experience & Matric Certificate
  8. IT background would be an advantage
