PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To drive the HC agenda to the business on best practice through execution of strategic activities to create a healthy and productive workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Organisational Development
- 3 years experience in a generalised Human Resources environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create and advertise for position on relevant platforms (including NIEIS) within applicable time frames
- Coordinate and drive Recruitment, Selection and Placement process within area of responsibility.
- Maintain departmental organisational structures
- Design, arrange and communicate induction program (including relevant training events) to be followed by newly appointed employee.
- Coordinate compliance and compulsory training events and logistical arrangements.
- Partake in the development of operational training manuals as and when needed.
- Coordinate and partake in Employee Engagement activities as directed by the Employee Engagement Department
- Manage work permits according to expiry dates if expatriates are in area of responsibility and organise and apply for work permits as per procedure.
- Submit and drive to completion pension, Namflex and related claims and changes as and when required
