The University of Namibia Invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Coordinator: Continuing Professional Development in the Centre for Innovation in Learning and Teaching, Main Campus.
Specification
- To coordinate the design, development and implementation of Continuous Professional Development policy and programs including short courses and other activities in order to meet the professional development needs of Unam staff and its key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of at least three years in the Continuous Professional Development environment and its activities;
- Some knowledge of short course design; implementation and collaboration.
- Person specifications: knowledgeable, energetic, independent, flexible and a go-getter.
- Skills- Computer literacy, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and report writing
