Talent Specialist: Succession & Development Job

PURPOSE:


This position is responsible for managing the medium- & long-term development programmes for the O&L Group Talent Pool. Along with this the incumbent is responsible for succession planning and management, development & rotation management, psychometric evaluations and the coordination of assessments as well as career guidance to the respective talent pool candidates. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining the talent database and assessment dashboard, as well as reporting here-on. As a custodian of the O&L Talent agenda, the incumbent will also oversee Understudy Development programmes across the group as well as be responsible for talent engagement and retention activities.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Industrial Psychology, a postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage.
  • 5 Years' experience at Practitioner level, with a proven interest or experience in Talent Management, L&D or Psychometry.
