POSITION: COORDINATOR: NATIONAL ACCOUNTS - HALF DAY
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide administrative support to the Manager: National Accounts operations by processing customer claims, issuing of free goods to customers and compiling monthly sales reports to facilitate effective processing, administration and decision making for the department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in National Accounts in the Sales environment
- FMCG experience will be an advantage
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide daily administrative support
- Compile sales month end reports
- Generate purchasing documents
- Processing customer claims
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
- Maintain proper record keeping
