POSITION: COORDINATOR: NATIONAL ACCOUNTS - HALF DAY


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:


To provide administrative support to the Manager: National Accounts operations by processing customer claims, issuing of free goods to customers and compiling monthly sales reports to facilitate effective processing, administration and decision making for the department.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in National Accounts in the Sales environment
  • FMCG experience will be an advantage
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide daily administrative support
  • Compile sales month end reports
  • Generate purchasing documents
  • Processing customer claims
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintain proper record keeping
