Responsible for the planning, development and daily operational management of land delivery related activities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Plan, develop and manage the process of infrastructure delivery to un-serviced land.
- Manage contracts and projects related to land delivery.
- Implement PPPs and joint ventures within the land delivery framework.
- Implement land delivery related plans, guidelines, policies and strategies
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor of Science Degree: Engineering/B-Eng/B-Tech.
REQUIRED SPECIALISATION:
Civil or Structural Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three (3) years post graduation experience.
LEGAL REQUIREMENT:
Code B/BE and registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia as an Incorporated or Professional Engineer.
PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Contract Management and Project Management.
KNOWLEDGE:
Contract Law, Computer Software such as AutoCAD, RoadMate, Surmate & GIS, MS Excel & MS Project and Project Management conflict management.
