Job Description
To ensure the development, implementation and management of finance and administration system.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Supervise the work of the staff in the Section.
- Coordinate the implementation and adherence to the financial management system and policies.
- Manage the Solid Waste Billing System.
- Administer the assets and bin management system of the division.
- Manage the Administration function of the division.
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree: Accounting/Public Administration/Commerce.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Five (5) years relevant job experience
LEGAL REQUIREMENT:
Code B/BE drivers license.
PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Financial Management.
KNOWLEDGE:
Budget control, procurement, Assets and Store Management System, Record Management and Human Resources Administration.
SKILLS:
Problem solving, computer literacy, supervisory, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, report writing and analytical skills.
