Job Description

Provide organisation with specialised organisational development services that encompass talent management, resourcing and workforce planning and placement, job evaluation and profiling, organisational climate and culture management / interventions, succession planning & talent management, career path development & management, structure management, change management, Tulongeni Performance Management System (individual level) management, research and development as well as investigative and analysis services in order to ensure organisational alignment and achievement of the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Key Performance Areas

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Facilitate Job Evaluation Process within the Organisation.
  • Facilitate Organisational Development & Change Management Processes within the organization.
  • Conduct and facilitate organizational and job design.
  • Ensure optima application, utilization and execution of TULONGENI Performance Management System.
  • Project Management.

Skills, Experience & Education:


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Behavioral Science.


REQUIRED SPECIALISATION:

Organisational Development, Project Management, Performance Management.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

A minimum period of three (3) years job related experience.


LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

Code B / BE Drivers License.


PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:

Registered Psychometrist, Six Sigma, Project Management.


KNOWLEDGE: Industry / Business knowledge; OD principles, theories and techniques; Organisational behaviour (individual, inter group and organisations); Behavioral sciences (learning and motivational theory and behavioral modification); Business (accountancy, finances, budgets, information systems); Management; Training technology (e.g. audiovisuals apparatus); Research Methodology; Local Authorities Act; Leadership and management; Systems knowledge; BPM knowledge; Governance; Six Sigma; and Project Management.
