Description
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optical Dispenser to join our client. In this role, you will work closely with optometrists to assist patients in selecting, fitting, and adjusting prescription eyewear, ensuring they receive the best vision care and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on their prescription, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Interpret optical prescriptions accurately and recommend appropriate lens options, including coatings and treatments.
- Take precise facial measurements to ensure the perfect fit of frames and lenses.
- Adjust and fit eyewear to provide maximum comfort and optimal vision correction.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on glasses, including frame adjustments and replacements.
- Educate customers on lens care, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire eyewear selection and fitting process.
Requirements
- Experience as an Optical Dispenser or in a similar role (preferred).
- Knowledge of optical products, lenses, and prescription interpretation.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination for adjustments and repairs.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment .
