We are pursuing a Beautician whose first responsibility is to provide a range of beauty treatments for our valued patients. Our treatments include facials, massages, hair care, manicures, pedicures, gel overlays and nail extension. The successful incumbent will be required to demonstrate initiative and ability to work within a team and build relationships, must have passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired results.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for:
- Provide patients with a professional and relaxing pamper / beauty treatment.
- Infection prevention and control standards are adhered to.
- Encourage and promote excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Maintain health and safety of self, clients, the public and the environment at all times.
- Movement and storage of stock/equipment is managed according to hospital policy.
- Client expectations and basic needs are met.
- Quality client care principles are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- A minimum of two years' industry experience
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and a friendly/caring personality
- A confident and outgoing attitude, with a commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
