We are looking for a Financial Clerk to join our dynamic team, with a focus on a range of essential finance tasks, including managing financial records, processing transactions, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and supporting other key financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain financial records, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department.
  • Project Management


Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling financial and administrative information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
