JOB SCOPE Managers of processing factory. Responsible for receiving, sorting, packing and storing the fish product produced. Managers responsible for all factory crew. Reports directly to the captain. Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Marine Technologist / Fishmaster certification</li><li>Valid marine safety certificates on advanced level</li><li>5 years experience on fishing vessels over 4000GT in a supervisory level</li><li>Valid HACCP level 4 certification</li><li>Experience with Namibian marine biology and fish species is a prerequisite</li><li>Proficiency in English</li></ul> Added Advantage:<ul><li>Expert knowledge of Namibian marine protection laws</li><li>Expert knowledge of vessels construction and stability systems</li><li>Experience working with automated strapping systems and Transak TR - 6000 strapping machines</li><li>Experience working with Jackstone and DSI-VI 26/75 Vertical freezing plate freezers</li><li>Experience working with Baader sorting machines and scales</li><li>Experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li><li>Experience working with LBH 31.5 freezers</li><li>Proficiency in Russian language</li></ul>
