JOB PURPOSE:


Khomas Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Practice Manager to assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our facility in Mondesa - Swakopmund


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manage Age Analysis (Medical Aid Payments & Patient Portions) and Debtors
  • Responsible for maintenance of building, interact with tenant's complaints, enquiries and report to Property Manager in Windhoek
  • Manage Staff overtime - Temps & Permanent Employees
  • Provide Daily & Monthly Theatre Reports to Management
  • Arrange Nursing Staff for Theatre & Ward
  • Arrange Food for both Doctor's & Patients
  • Assist with stock taking, stock orders for Clinic & Theatre
  • Renewal of Fitness Certificates and Health Licenses
  • Check correct billing for Theatre, Clinic and Sub-Acute
  • Attend to Doctor's & Patient Complaints
  • Must be able to work on Eminance Program
  • Manage Operational Costs in line with Budget
  • Ensure all Monthly & Annual Deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensure that Resources are available & operational for Clinic & Theatre


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree Will be an Added Advantage
  • 5 Years Experience in Practice Management
  • Planning, Organizing & Controlling Skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office 365)
