Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with content teams to create, edit, and optimize content for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
Social Media Marketing:
Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts and engage with followers, develop and execute organic and paid campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Regularly track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience running paid campaigns (PPC) and managing budgets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
