Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will daily visit Mining & industries sites and develop all enquiries. You will report to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Mining/ oil & Gas industry knowledge
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Market Analysis and Business Opportunity Identification skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet customers at mine and industries sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or related mining experience
