To serve as a customer interface for Home Loans in the Region.
- Grow Home Loans through the implementation of the Namibian and Regional sales strategy.
- Process quality loans by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders to grow Letshegos business.
- Sell Home Loans and the Letshego CVP through direct sales.
- Offer excellent customer service to retain the customer base.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement by gauging customer reactions to processes and policies.
- Home Loans Affordability assessment.

Detailed Deliverables:
Consultations Meet with clients to understand their financial status homeownership, goals and preference of documentations.
Loan Evaluations - Evaluate various mortgage products and programs available from different lenders to determine the best fit for each client.
Guidance - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the home loan process, including pre-approval, application, documentation, and closing procedures.
Documentation Assist clients with the correct documentations that is required latest payslip, income & expenditure, banks confirmation, employee confirmations, 6 months bank statements.
Providing Feedback and Keeping Clients Informed
o Keep clients informed about the status of their loan applications, providing regular updates and feedback.
o Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand each step of the home loan process.
Diligently Completing Applications and Submissions
o Accurately complete all home loan applications and necessary documentation.
o Ensure timely and thorough submissions to the credit team for approval.
o Follow up with the credit team to expedite the approval process and address any issues that arise.
Customer Service Deliver exceptional customers service, handle customer queries and working online with customer service standard policy and procedure.
- Grade 12 (25 points)
- Related degree/diploma would be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of related experience in Banking and Home Loans, customer service and sales would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of customer insights and analytics
- Understanding product and customer lifecycle and management
